Step 1: Mark & Position Layout

Mark the 4 base positions according to stage size.

Ensure the layout is square (diagonals equal).

 

Step 4: Lift the AFrame Roof

 

Attach lifting tools to the top of columns.

Lift the Aframe slowly and evenly at four points.

Keep the structure balanced during lifting.

Step 5: Install Braces & Guy Wires

Install horizontal and diagonal braces.

Install guy wires and ground anchors for outdoor stability.

Tighten all wires to prevent shaking.

Step 6: Adjust Verticality & Level

Column vertical deviation ≤ 1/1000.

Top truss level error ≤ 5mm.

Recheck all pins, bolts, and clamps.

Step 7: Mount Lighting & Equipment

Install lamps, speakers, and LED screens evenly.

Use safety cables for all hanging devices.

Install rain cover if needed.

Step 8: Final Inspection

Check for stability, no shaking, no noise.

Confirm safe working condition before event.
