The Main Components of Aluminum Scaffolding

Main frame: The main frame is the main support structure of the scaffold, usually made of aluminum alloy. It includes pillars, beams and horizontal rods and other components. The main frame provides the stability and load-bearing capacity of the scaffold.

Transverse and longitudinal connectors: These connectors are used to connect the columns and beams of the main frame to increase the stability of the entire scaffold. They are usually made of aluminum alloy or steel.

Working platform: The working platform is the plane on the scaffold for workers to work. It can be a flat plate made of aluminum or wood and is usually mounted on the beam of the main frame.

Supporting feet: Supporting feet are used to support the ground contact part of the scaffold. They are usually made of steel to provide stability and a balanced load.

Handrails and guardrail: handrails and guardrail are additional parts used to provide worker safety protection. They are usually made of aluminum alloy or steel and are mounted on the edges and above the scaffolding.

Casters: Casters are optional components that are installed at the foot of the scaffold support to facilitate the movement of the scaffold.
