The precautions for the use of aluminum scaffolding

1. Check materials before construction
Before building aluminum alloy scaffolding, carefully check whether all parts are intact. Including whether the aluminum alloy pipe has bending, deformation, cracks, etc., whether the connector is complete and firm, whether the pedal is smooth and without damage. If the faulty parts are found, they should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the stability and safety of the scaffolding.
Confirm whether the specifications and models of the scaffolding meet the requirements of use. Select the right scaffold according to the height of the operation, bearing weight and other factors to ensure that it can meet the actual needs of the operation.
Site preparation
Choose a flat and solid ground as the scaffolding site. Avoid building on soft, uneven or sloping ground to prevent the scaffolding from tilting or sinking. If the ground conditions are not ideal, you can take measures such as laying a pad and tamping the ground.
Clear obstacles around the construction site to ensure that there is enough space for construction and work. At the same time, it is necessary to stay away from dangerous sources such as high-voltage lines and dangerous chemicals to ensure operation safety.
2. Operation in strict accordance with specifications during construction
The construction of aluminum alloy scaffolding must be strictly operated in accordance with the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer. Assemble the components in the correct order to ensure a strong and reliable connection. Do not arbitrarily change the structure of the scaffold or omit any key components.
During construction, ensure the verticality and levelness of the scaffolding. Tools such as a level can be used for measurement and adjustment to ensure the stability of the scaffold.
Pay attention to the joint
Pay special attention to the connection parts of the scaffolding, such as the joints of the pipe fittings, the bolts of the connecting parts, etc. Make sure the connection is tight and not loose. The bolted connection should be tightened according to the specified torque value to prevent loosening leading to the instability of the scaffold.
Check the status of the connection part regularly. If the connection part is found to be loose or deformed during use, it should be stopped immediately and repaired or replaced.
3, control the load weight in use
Strictly abide by the load-bearing weight limit of aluminum alloy scaffolding, and shall not be overloaded. When placing tools, materials and personnel, the weight should be reasonably distributed to avoid concentrating on a certain part, resulting in local deformation or collapse of the scaffold due to excessive force.
In the process of use, we should pay close attention to the bearing situation of the scaffold, if there are signs of overload, we should promptly clean up the excess items to ensure safety.
Personnel safety
The operator must wear a safety belt on the scaffold and fix the safety belt correctly in a reliable position. Do not work at altitude without safety belt protection.
It is strictly prohibited to play, play or engage in other dangerous activities on the scaffold. Operators should stay focused and follow safe operating procedures to ensure their own safety.
4, orderly demolition
When removing aluminum alloy scaffolding, it should be carried out in the opposite order to the construction, from top to bottom, layer by layer. Do not remove or throw components at will to avoid injury or damage to scaffolding.
During the demolition process, special personnel should be set up to monitor and ensure that the demolition work is carried out safely and orderly. At the same time, pay attention to the surrounding environment to avoid damage to others or items caused by the removed parts.
Keep in safe
The scaffolding parts should be cleaned and inspected after removal, and the damaged parts should be repaired or replaced. Then, the parts are classified and stored for safekeeping for next use.
When storing scaffolding, it is necessary to choose a dry and well-ventilated place to avoid corrosion and damage to scaffolding caused by humidity, high temperature and other environments.
